Egg tray washing and drying machine is made of SUS 304, using at least 2 thickness stainless steel plate, which is very stable and longlife. There are three section of water tanks to clean, the first and second section water tanks are hot water, and the last section is cold water. The water in each section of the water tank is independently circulated and pumped to the nozzle inside the tunnel to form high-pressure water for cleaning. And we use hot air to dry the egg trays, can dry 90% water. In order to save labor and time, we design automatic destacking and stacking for this machine, which works very soomthly.
