Machine introduction

4 Using frequency converter to adjust conveyor stepping speed, and with high accuracy;
5 High pressure water gun can be extended to the machine bottom to rinse, so it is convenient to clean;
6 The machine is equipped with large power system in order to make surfing effect is good.
Machine characteristics
1. Use of SUS304 stainless steel production. The appearance of the machine is exquisite, the structure intensity is good, and the conveying is stable.
2. Use of high-pressure bubble bath cleaning, with good cleaning effect, it can keep the original color of products, and does not damage the material.
3. The machine adopts high temperature wear-resistant nylon chain conveyor, conveyor belt containing nylon scraper to facilitate the large angle of material lifting(stainless steel chain plate can be chosen if capacity is large).
4. The conveying speed is variable frequency adjustable, the power of frequency converter is 0.75KW.
5. The machine support uses high-strength material (50*50*2.0mm), with a number of linear welding, and the structural is firm.
6. Use of Φ50 large diameter and high strength plastic plate for leveling support.
7. Motor and speed reducer for aluminum alloy material, have the advantages of beautiful appearance, anti-corrosion, easy assembly and disassembly, large torque and so on.
8. There is wear-resistant strips on both sides of conveyor belt, they can prevent the material clip.
9. The bearing seat adopts the vertical type bearing seat, the assembly and disassembly is convenient and rapid, and the service life is long.
10, If meat or seafood is cleaned, lifting devices can be added as required to facilitate cleaning.
