Applicable scope
The machine is suitable for the removal of water from the surface of the package fruit, vegetable, and other packed food, so that make the surface of food is clean and dry.
Machine characteristics:
1, The whole machine is made of high quality stainless steel, it is safe and sanitary.
2, Stainless steel chain plate conveyor, with good bearing capacity and high wear resistance(Nylon chain plates can also be chosen)
3, The speed of machine is variable frequency adjustable.
4, Supporting of the machine is high strength stainless steel (rectangular tube 50*50,38*38), multi bit linear welding, the structural is stable.
5, The bearing seat adopts a vertical type bearing seat, the component is a common part, the assembly and disassembly is rapid, and the service life is long.
6, Multi stage vibration damping device, buffer vibration and processing evenly.
7, The machine is five layer reciprocating drying, which can make the product drying quickly, and then enter into the next process to improve work efficiency.
8, The drying medium is steam, equipped with heat exchanger, and drainage fan with the wind in the drying room guidance throughout the temperature uniform. Drying temperature: it is adjustable and controllable within 80 ℃, air pressure: 0.6Mpa (customer need the intake valve); steam inlet; DN50
9, The unique exhaust of moisture design, it can discharge the hot air moisture back to the air inlet to reduce energy consumption.
9, The machine automation degree is high, the operation and maintenance is simple and convenient.
10, The inside of dryer is three layers of reciprocating drying cycle, with more thorough drying effect.
11,The machine uses valve to control steam and is equipped with temperature sensor to control the temperature within 80 ℃.
