1. Preparation

2. Before powering on, check whether the grounding of the equipment is reliable and whether the voltage meets the rated voltage specified on the equipment label.

3. Carry out pre-start inspection to confirm that the heater and sensors are connected normally, operate flexibly, and have no abnormal noise, and the program controller display screen has no alarm, and perform a functional test.

2. Debug settings

1. Connect the cooling water, power supply, and air source pipelines, and turn off the heater switch and power switch.

2. Install the net frame, place the oil distribution pump in the oil barrel and connect the infusion tube.

3. Turn on the main power switch and observe the status of all instruments. If it is normal, press the start button and select the start program in the program controller for trial operation.

3. Operation steps

1. Peel or core the cleaned fruits and vegetables, cut into thin slices of uniform size (about 2~6mm), rinse with water, and then place them on the baking tray.

2. After clamping the baking tray, open the front door to load it into the machine, and then close the front door.

3. Set the operation panel to start the drying program. A higher temperature can be used for the first few minutes, and the temperature can be adjusted until the moisture content of the pulp surface drops. The required drying time and temperature can be manually entered on the equipment control panel.

4. After the program ends, turn off the power in time and discharge the remaining water vapor.

4. Finish work

1. Turn off the power of the equipment first, and then loosen and remove the pipelines in sequence.

2. Take out the jig and clean it, and clean all easily polluted parts of the equipment.

3. Regularly carry out dust removal and disinfection treatment in the drying room. When storing chips, they should be sealed and stored in a ventilated and dry place.
