WINLEE’s crate washers and dryers offer efficiency through reduced water and energy consumption. This reduces operating costs for you. In the washing section of the crate washer, all contamination is removed. The water in this section is continuously filtered to ensure good washing quality.

The crates are then rinsed with clean water. This water is then reused in the main washing section of the crate washing machine, resulting in lower water consumption. As a result, you also consume less chemicals and energy. We can add optional pre-wash and/or dry sections to your crate washing machine to fully meet your wishes and requirements.

Thanks to the modular concept of the WINLEE crate washer it is easy to configure the best set-up for your situation. Based on modules such as infeed, pre-wash, main wash, rinse, drying and output, your configuration is made easy. De-stackers, stackers and conveyors can also be added.
