On July 8,2021, our company prepare to assemble a large pasteurizing, cooling, lifting, drying assembly line exported to South Korea.After three months of working overtime by the company, we finally completed the customer requirements as schedule, and a large pasteurizer assembly line with a total length of 33m was completed. And in the 37 Degree Celsius of high temperature weather, the trial operation, the main line and pipeline disassembly, winding film and plastic film packaging and other complex work was completed within one day.

Because the length of the equipment exceeds the size of the shipping container, and the tonnage is too heavy, it is not suitable to install conventional container and delivery, so we decided to send bulk goods, in the loading master used two forklifts, four trailers, seven to eight workers on the case, finally successfully loading and shipping.

Due to the close transportation distance, the customer did not require a wooden box packaging, and we strengthened the top and bottom of the equipment to avoid damage caused by collision and tilt during transportation, and to ensure that the equipment was delivered to the customer intact.
